2026 Lincoln Navigator Black Label 4WD

I was in the market for a used vehicle and saw one online at Lincoln of Cincinnati. Zach Hill was the sales rep that assisted me. He's great to work with. I test drove the car and made a purchase agreement. I was informed that it was just taken in on trade and hadn't been inspected. After the inspection I was informed that the vehicle needed brakes and some other parts before it could be released to me. All needed work was completed and the dealership absorbed the cost. NO ONE DOES THAT ANYMORE... BUT Lincoln of Cincinnati DID. I will purchase from them again.

Just picked up our new Lincoln Aviator yesterday. So far, I love it even though I have MUCH to learn about it. Our salesperson, JT was wonderful! No pressure, helpful, knowledgeable and beyond friendly! Ed, the finance manager was great, too. Will look forward to seeing these gentleman in coming years as I come in for routine service. Both are great representations of your dealerships!

Siobhan was amazing to work with! She made the process of buying a car so comfortable and fast. All the employees I interacted with were awesome and very accommodating...including the receptionist, who went above and beyond! Also, the coffee machine was so cool and made the best vanilla latte with milk! This was the best experience I've had buying a car and I told Siobhan I will be back to buy my next Lincoln from her in a few years!
