Our salesperson, Jocelyn was very helpful putting us into a used Sequoia and monitoring our trade in. Her patients with our questions and knowledge of details made our purchasing experience flawless. Unfortunately, even though the used car was sold "as is", the service department failed to recognize the weak battery and the 3 out of 4 wheels being very far out of alignment. Thanks to the Toyota service department, the day after my purchase, all the mistakes of Planet Lincoln were corrected (at my expense).
