My team worked in unison to find me the exact Lincoln Nautilus Black Label that I had my heart set on. They recognized that at age 69, this would be my last and final new vehicle and worked together very hard and creatively with all the challenges that came up finding me the exact vehicle that I had requested and after exhausting almost all avenues, one showed up at the dealership but was marked "Do Not Sell" because it was ordered for the showroom floor. Ricardo, the Sales Manager worked with the factory for several days to get my vehicle approved by two levels of upper management to release my vehicle for sale to me. Zameer, my Salesman kept me posted everyday with updates and the latest information while he too was searching, until Ricardo got my vehicle signed off for sale to me. Larry, in Finance made the final paperwork a breeze and even called me at 7:40 pm after emailing me the finance form that he helped me fill out so he could process it the next morning. Zameer offered to drive the vehicle to my home, almost an hour away, and Uber himself back to the dealership after spending over 2 hours with me showing me every detail of this extremely capable new Blue Cruise technology and every aspect of all the new technologically advanced functions this awsome new vehicle has. I couldn't have asked for anything more from such a professional, caring and knowledgeable team of people at Livermore Lincoln.Way beyond the scope of their job duties as far as I am concerned.
