Was there for several hours for routine maintenance. The navigation system had some issues that they were unable to resolve during that appointment. I was informed that to properly diagnose and fix the navigation issue I would need to schedule a service appointment. I understood the logic and am still okay with that. The reason for my extended wait was that my car needed a new battery that they didn't have in stock. The amount charged for a new battery was extreme. I was informed that battery replacement requires programming, thus the reason for the extreme cost. Well, on my way home from the dealership, I noticed that the windows didn't open and close as they did before the battery replacement. I now have to hold the button until the windows are fully open or closed. To fix this will require another appointment and a rental car. Please note that everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and curious towards me. I give them an A+ for customer interaction. I think the windows thing was an oversight due to the number of cars they were working on.

Took the folk's car in for their timed service. Berge got everything checked out in a timely manner and even sent a video from the technician performing the inspection... Nice touch.

The service department is excellent here. While walking around the sales floor waiting for my car to be finished, there is always an eager salesman ready with a smile. The only reason I don't replace my Mazda 5 is because it ONLY has 118000 miles on it. I never trade before 200K.
