2026 Lincoln Nautilus Premiere AWD

My sales rep Miguel was great, very knowledgeable and negotiated well with price. However when I got home, the check engine light came on. It turned out to be a quick fix, an O2 sensor, but made me think that the dealer cleared the code before selling. Maybe not and i did give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall I was happy with the customer support I received from everyone I interacted with at Lincoln of Wayne.

Last week I went on the hunt for a good used car to surprise my daughter for her 17th birthday. I went to Lincoln of Wayne to look at their used inventory. I met Luis Herrera a sales rep. I must tell you that within minutes I found and negotiated a great deal on my daughters car. I explained that this was a surprise for her and we wanted to pick it up next week. Luis was not scheduled to work the day we picked up the car but boy did he come through. Luis had arranged for balloons, a bow, and even a cake for my baby girl. Peter the owner even came and introduced himself to our family, to ensure we were satisfied with the entire process. My daughter is truly over the moon with our new purchase. This means the world to us because we have had a rough year. We had a house fire and lost everything we own in that fire on Nov. 26 2022. The day before thanksgiving. it was great to see her so happy and excited again. Donna another sales rep spent well over 1 1/2 hours going over every detail and syncing her phone to the car with my daughter. I really want to thank all of the staff at Lincoln of Wayne you hit a the ball out of the park on this one. It means the world to us. Thank you the Brown family
