2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve AWD

I needed emissions and some recalls done on my 2014 Ford Fusion. My first call was to Gissel to schedule all of this. She was great! She took the time to listen to my concerns on my vehicle and see which recalls it needed. Next I talked to James in parts. He made sure the important brake recall parts would be in stock when I brought my car in. He was very knowledgeable and got the parts I needed for my car in time. Thanks, James! My service advisor was Kevin Price. He is the one who has to make sure all of what my car needed was done, and done in time! He did just that! You could tell he is all about customer service! I also had some questions for the service director and service manager. Both took the time to answer my questions completely! They were both excellent! I would recommend Larry H.
