In a day and age where Customer Service is usually Customer Dis-Service it's nice to know a dealership still provides real Customer Service. I had my Lincoln towed in, for some crucial repairs, and was provided a loaner car, with no hassle. My Service Advisor was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and trustworthy. Brenda, let me know there was going to be some time before the work was completed. She provided me with a weekly update, and kept me informed the whole experience was seamless and reminded me of when businesses cared about their customers.
