Ronald Roland is one of the best salesman Capital Ford has ever seen!!! He puts off good vibes, sensitive in culture diversity, and stands out the most amongst all the salespeople! I instantly chose to talk to him before he realized I was looking for another car due to the shine of his demeanor and personality. Ronald was unaware of my observation of him as he was busy with work. When I noticed he became available I instantly approached him while in my car before anyone else could grab his attention!! Capital Ford is blessed to have even his glowing presence within their company! Give him a raise!!! HE DESERVES IT!!! I had been working with Keith, the sales manager at Capital Lincoln Wilmington for several months on the purchase of a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve. They were very slowly being shipped to the US and I had a specific color and options package that I wanted to purchase. If I ordered one, it would be 5-6 months before delivery. Keith was able to locate the exact vehicle I desired at another North Carolina dealership that was arriving months earlier. We settled on the purchase price sealed by a quote that was sent to me by Keith. I tracked the vehicle via the Lincoln delivery app and had a sense on when it would make it to the other NC dealer. It arrived on a Friday and Keith and his team picked it up the following Monday. We took delivery three days later on Thursday. The team at Capital Lincoln Wilmington was superb. Michael who supports Keith was very helpful in getting us acclimated to the basics of the vehicle but one must know...the 2024 Nautilus is a very high tech vehicle. On our 3 hour drive back to Charlotte, my wife was reading the on board manual and we learned more and more but the vehicle is feature rich so lots left to get educated on. Miq in finance was very helpful in completing the sales paperwork and get us on our way. All in all, probably the best car buying experience ever for me and I've purchased a couple dozen cars in my lifetime. Much thanks to Keith and his team for a great buying experience and Lincoln for making a fantastic SUV!!!
