I had not purchased a new vehicle for quite some time so I was a bit anxious about going through the process. But my concerns were quickly put to rest with my initial communication with INFINITI of Norwood to my ultimate purchase. From my first interaction with Michele to my purchase discussion with Jason and my financials with John, there was only courtesy and professionalism. I had a great experience with this dealership! Every employee was kind and went above to make my car purchase a smooth process. I specifically am thankful to Adam, the general manager. I was looking for a specific car with specific criteria. The car I wanted was not in their inventory, but Adam surprised me by finding a vehicle that was even better than what I was looking for. He was able to get that car in for me to test drive and it was perfect. Adam was responsive, transparent, and listened to what I needed and wanted. Michael Howard was amazing. He made the process so simple. I had totaled my car & wasn’t planning on being on the car market for a few years. He helped get me in the car I wanted. Our finance manager was amazing as well. Only sold me what I needed. I recommend them wholeheartedly
