I had an issue with the car and scheduled an appointment for it to be evaluated. They took me promptly and provided a loaner car. They evaluated the car, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate prior to doing any work. The estimate was way over what my budget would allow, but there was no pressure to do the work. They evaluated only the problem that I took the car there for. There was no upselling or pressure to do additional work and I really appreciated that. The staff was friendly and the areas were very clean with plenty of comfortable seating while you waited.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at I of WC, The service was excellent, Dean, the used car manager kept me posted about vehicles as they came to the lot. They gave me a great value on my trade-ins and I was so excited to get a Q 70 L the car I’ve always wanted.

I have taken my car to Infinity Of West Chester since I bought it. I’ve had service there every year twice a year and they are awesome. I deal with Drew to schedule my service appointment. He is very helpful kind and intuitive. I really like dealing with Drew.
