Tanner Merz and the service crew are fantastic! Not only do they courteously and patiently explain everything, but I never felt pressured to make my decisions. The repairs were much less expensive than I feared. I had my 90-year old mother with me. They loaned us a vehicle for the day, and were so thoughtful, transferring her walker and all of our goods from our car to the loaner, and back again at the end of the day. I can’t say enough about this great service team. Thank you for a pleasant service experience!
