I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Ed Hicks Infinity. When my car unexpectedly died, I called Bobby in the service department and he quickly provided me the contact information for an Infinity tow truck to pick it up. Once the car arrived at the dealership, Bobby kept me updated on the technicians' diagnosis and the solutions they recommended. I really appreciated how communicative he was throughout the entire process. I was able to pick my car up the very next day after dropping it off. When I arrived, Bobby greeted me attentively and made the checkout process smooth and efficient. Within minutes, I was back on the road with a fully repaired vehicle. The customer service from Bobby and the whole service team at Ed Hicks Infinity made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. I felt informed at every step. I will definitely recommend them and plan to return for any future auto needs.
