Fantastic service from start to finish. Quick process. John was the guy who knew all the details of the cars and he had amazing customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Very willing to help you anytime in the future as well. Phil was the numbers guy and he gave us a great deal. He didn’t mess around. Just to the point. Jesse helped us with the financing and he was quick and efficient as it was getting late and we were hungry! Everyone involved in the process was a pleasure to work with. Man, if I could give them 10 stars I would! Staff was super friendly from start to finish especially my man SK. My car was there getting serviced for around 3 days and SK would keep me updated constantly on the status of my car and you could tell that he is super humble and helpful and that he clearly has a passion for what he does. The staff as a whole made me feel at home when I was there waiting in the lobby and had friendly conversations with some of the crew, making me feel like more than just an ordinary customer. They didn’t just service my car, they got a customer for life! Great staff bring your car here if you want to be helped in a professional and friendly way and huge shout out to my man SK one more time!
