2027 INFINITI QX60

I’m changing my review after they worked with Infiniti to fix the problem for free. So appreciate it! 1 star less because they kept my car for a week to fix. Below was my original message. I feel I was unfairly charged $1,000 just for a diagnostic of a rear seat light issue, and they still couldn't pinpoint the problem. They even suggested that further work would cost an additional $3,000. It's unreasonable to charge so much without resolving the issue. Moreover, on my way back, the moonroof malfunctioned. This has been one of my worst experiences with a service station. Not to mention, I have extended warranty on this car and this is 2019 model.

They are so polite and welcoming they worked on my car and they did a wonderful job they also went ahead and diagnosed other issues that wasn’t in my service package and that showed me how much they cared will be coming bk thank u

This was my first time dealing with Legend Infiniti and they did not disappoint. My sales person was Muni (Awesome guy) who put me in the exact car I wanted for a great price. If you're planning on visiting, definitely ask for him. He handles business and is funny too.
