I'm so impressed! I dealt with Moe on the purchase of a used vehicle. He went above and beyond in accommodating my many time constraints, and the actual purchasing process was flawless. James was awesome, exceptional customer service. I recently totaled my car and he made the process of getting into another vehicle very smooth. They are not pushy but are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Infiniti if you are looking for another vehicle. I was shown how to use all of the new gadgets on my car before driving away. I absolutely love this place! Adam on the service department is fantastic. He is kind, helpful, and patient. There's not a lot of people out there delivering this type of service. Also Ha, in sales is great. He's very knowledgeable and patient and not pushy at all. He found the perfect vehicle for me in 2021 and it's still going strong. The great thing about them overall is they treat you the same regardless of you being a fancy pants or an average Jo Ann like me. Highly recommended
