The best car buying experience I have ever had. Smooth, seamless, NO PRESSURE! The best part is they are not chasing you around the lot and “selling” you. They let you browse, come to them, they answer questions, and have me a great deal. I can’t recommend them high enough. Wesley and Austin deserve a lot of praise for what a great job they did. They were excellent at what they do.

Our previous sales consultant was no longer there so I explained the type of person I wanted to work with to the receptionist. She understood exactly what sales personality would suit my style and she recommended Austin. Give that girl a raise! Austin was pleasant to work with and wasn't pushy at all. Test drove 2 vehicles and within two days went home with my dream car. The entire team worked well together from what I could tell. The Finance Manager Brandon knew my husband and I were under time constraints and Austin made sure all the paperwork was in order when we arrived. Austin's colleague Ricky was also helpful in getting the car ready and onboarding us with the Infiniti app. A lot has changed in the last 10 years since we bought a car! I especially like their waiting area as they really want their client's to feel at home.

This review is solely for Jeff Orr in the service dept. I’ve had my car serviced with him for two years even driving from Palm Beach Gardens the first year. He is honest, knowledgeable and always has your best interest as priority. He is the only person I trust in that building.
