I recently purchased my QX60 from INFINITI Birmingham and I had the best car buying experience from everyone I encountered at the dealership, especially my salesperson Tiffany. Tiffany was so very personable and made sure I was satisfied and understood every step of the buying process from the point of finding me the right vehicle which had to be shipped to the dealership all the way to checking on me to make sure all is well after my purchase. She is so great to work with along with the sales and finance managers. Overall, excellent experience and I absolutely recommend for anyone in the search for their next vehicle.
