I want to thank Jose for getting me into my new QX50S. This is the second car I’ve bought from him. I also want to personally thank the management team @ Infiniti of Omaha, A.J and Brandon Hull for helping to correct some issues with my 2017 Q 60 RS trade in. Moreover, for those customers in the area that have had less than a 4 or 5 star experience, I encourage you to reach out to the management team. Dumping a 1 star review and walking away is literally leaving your money on their table. Discuss your concerns, they will listen, and are more than happy to see you are treated fairly.

The salesman (Jose) really knew what he was walking about. He was awesome actually. Gave us a ride in his personal vehicle even. Just outstanding customer service! I will definitely be buying more vehicles from this salesman and dealership in the future.

My husband and I had been looking for a Yukon for several months when we came across one in your parking lot. Your sales representative, Laura, was excellent at answering our questions about the SUV because she knew the family that trading it in. That showed us she builds trust with her customers and she did so with us as well. Laura went above and beyond to help us with our own trade-in, get the financing set up, and assist in service for a glitch in the running board on our purchased vehicle. We also wanted to acknowledge Andrew in the financial department for setting up the extended warranty program and for being so helpful. What a great team you have! The show room is beautiful and my grandkids are still talking about the lovely waiting room with snacks and entertainment! We were in and out on signing day in about an hour and a half and have wonderful memories we hope to repeat again in the future.
