Outstanding customer service. Offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was repaired. My car runs great now. I recommend Riverside Nissan for all your vehicle needs. I'm referring both friends and family. I will definitely return for all my vehicle needs and repairs.
Purchase process went smooth. But…needed to schedule an appointment for added services. I was told they would call me. Two weeks go by and nothing. I decided to call them this past Friday. Spoke to a woman, Mina?, and she stated she would check. 20 minutes later I got hung up on. I tried again x3… line was busy. Trying again this week. So…my assessment….sales was good, customer service not so good. Hope that’s not an indication of my future with them! Adding: Since...above call was on a Friday, I called back the following Monday. I spoke to the Service Dept., a Service Adviser, who also hung up on me, (their MO? or telecommunications problems?) but who knew nothing about the service I was needing (adding a serial # to the CAT), that I agreed to during the signing of the purchase of the car. For it to be a sales pitch, and I buy it, and for no one to follow-up on it, nor even know what it is when I call them, or how to approach it, nor have the ability to answer my questions about it, all I can say is...my bad...I fell for it! Thus, leaving me to question the sales tactics (it wasn't the car salesman, Mo - he was excellent, smooth, knowledgeable and went above and beyond). But I do have an appointment coming up with them. Let's see if they have any answers by then. And I am still hopeful that they redeem themselves, so I can move forward with my new car. Sorry folks, and I'll probably be known for that person who created havoc, and I really don't want any heads rolling, someone obviously dropped the ball somewhere...whether it be communication, or educating staff, etc., but from my perspective it's about the principal and fixing the issue at hand.
Our experience was great. Our sales person Adrian was a pleasure to work with. The additional finance and managers were helpful and accommodating. It was the best car purchasing experience I've had.
