2026 Nissan Murano SL AWD

I've never Been a service dealership person. I have always used independent mechanics. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism at West herr Nissan. from me very talented switchboard operator who couldn't have been any nicer to the service people who called me by name the minute I came through the door. shuttle driver was polite prompt and courteous. my car was picked up on a cold rainy day sitting at the door all warmed up ready for me to get in. maybe this is just what they do on a regular basis I'm assuming it is. but for me to experience this level of detail was a pleasure I will be back thank you

The people at West Herr worked as a team to get us a great deal on a great car. Jon and Megan, our sales team, were superb. Jason, the finance guy, was great. Michael, our delivery point man was excellent, and I had a great chat with Gail after delivery to make sure there was nothing else we needed.

Bradley Connor’s is the best he listened to me made the process easy for me. He went out of his way to find me the Jeep I wanted to make me happy go to Brad for your next car he is the best!
