Five visits to another factory dealer and they still failed to fix an issue with my 2023 Nissan Frontier. Stephen W. is an absolutely fantastic salesman who helped me find my new Jeep! I came in looking to test drive and he gave me two great options. I knew which I preferred and needed to sleep on it. He was helpful and respectful of me taking my time. When my husband and I came back to purchase it he made sure we had a relaxing and fun time doing it. He gave us all our options for extra warranties etc. and made sure we understood what they were before accepting some or turning down others. And finally after the sale there was a detail on the Jeep that needed to be replaced and he made sure it happened. Best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time.
