2026 Nissan Rogue

Tim was extremely attentive. We had a very easy, stress free experience. Buying a new car has always been a problem for me but the staff at North Strand Nissan was all polite and inviting. I found myself actually having fun and laughing quite a bit. The staff went above and beyond, finding the perfect fit for our growing family. Tim was knowledgeable and was able to connect us with the Pathfinder that superseded all of our expectations. I've already started, but I will be recommending this location to every person who even mentions a new car. Thank you, North Strand Nissan!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! First this review is coming from a person who has a bit of social anxiety. From the first phone call, to picking up my new car, Rich Greenstein was such an amazing person to have the pleasure to deal with. It was like working with a family member. I was able to move at my own pace and make my own decisions with absolutely no pressure but tons of support. He took the time to listen to all my thoughts, concerns, wants and needs. Checked in with me as everything was coming together and just so supportive and kind. I came in the next day to pick up my new Kicks. Rich was like having my dad on my side again. I would also like to say that Jonathan in finance was just as lovely to have the pleasure to deal with. He made the transaction so effortless and smooth for me. He took care of everything needed prior to my coming and had it all ready for me to be in and out that day. I truly can not thank all involved for making this such a pleasurable experience for what I thought was going to be such a stressful one. I walked away thrilled with everything. Not one regret.

Never been a big fan of dealerships but this one seems to be the exception. They work to make you satisfied, and by doing so, a repeat customer. Pretty sound concept, if you ask me.
