Jack Ingram Motors has been more than a car dealership to me and my family for many years, they’ve been friends and have gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Fred Jackson has made certain that every transaction has gone smoothly and that we were happy with the end result. I recently had a repair issue that I couldn’t make it back to the dealership to have corrected, when Fred informed his Sales Manager of the situation they insisted on covering the cost of the repair. Jack Ingram Motors is definitely a step above their competition in every aspect. Keep Up The Great Work!

Was looking at one of their trucks online. Called and spoke with the operator and requested a sales rep to send me some additional pics/video. Took a few days, but once I was contacted by Jesse he did a great job of communicating and following up. As weird luck would have it, they sold the truck while I was driving over (90 miles) to very likely buy it myself!? The Sales Manager Tip Thames insisted on filling up my gas tank for my time and trouble driving over there - classy move!! Very nice guys to deal with….Maybe next time.

I bought a car unseen from the Seattle area through Bryan in Alabama. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bryan and this dealership. He constantly checked in with me and kept me posted on the status of the vehicle. They also have a customer care department who reached out to me to see if all my needs were being met. I haven't seen this kind of service at a dealership in over a decade. Congrats to this team and I'll definitely think of them for future purchases, even being on the west coast.
