I never felt pushed to get anything I didn’t want, we were a bit unfamiliar with the process as our rogue is my husband and I’s first car. Andres, Bertorelli was wonderful with explaining every step along the way and happily answered all of our questions with incredible professionalism. He took into account everything we wanted in our dream car even though we were not sure exactly what we wanted yet he was able to bring us our dream car. The job done here was absolutely incredible, he combined my husbands want for space, smooth look, and double decked technology along with my want for low payment, safety and good gas mileage. In the market for SUV .. went out Saturday with my cousin to see Murano or Pathfinder. We just riding in the car, a sales guy name Bo came over in the golf cart to offer his help . I had visited 4 other dealerships, i hadn’t considered a Nissan. Bo is GREAT!! Very knowledgeable on cars , I’ve been doing research and know what I want . Guess what ?
