Great experience from start to finish. Vincent greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a smile and ready to assist. He was extremely nice, polite, and professional. Vincent listened to exactly what I wanted and went over and beyond to help me get it. He not only took extra time with me but continued to communicate with me the next day to make sure I was still happy with my truck. Vincent also helped me get scheduled with the service department for a quick hitch installation. Mark the service manager was extremely gracious in working me in and offering me an extremely reasonable price. All of the service employees were very cheerful and I do not think there was anyone that didn't greet me when I arrived. I was given a shuttle to and from work while my truck hitch was being installed. Both shuttle drivers were very nice and engaging in conversation. Everyone was very informative, patient, and kind. Beshoy from the moment of introduction to the final signatures treated me with respect and battled to get me the best deal possible. I would have to say this was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle that I have ever encountered. There were several other employees involved in my care however, I didn't write down their names so I apologize for not recognizing them in this review. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nissan of Cool Springs as the care you receive is exceptional.
