Ricky!! He is the man to go when you want a great car buying experience. I tend to have a busy schedule, work 18+ shifts and it’s hard to communicate through phone or even in person and that was no problem working with Ricky, we worked out a deal through text messages. I was at a different dealer handing down my downpayment for another car when I contacted Ricky and asked him if the blue Benz was still available and he said say yes let me work on your deal and let me return the call to work out the deal. In less than 20 min he called me back and said your approved. Come down and get your car!!! This was amazing news! We canceled the other deal and drove Mossy Nissan/Infinity of Kearny Mesa. The Benz was in a different location Ricky drove all the way to pick it up and had it ready to go. The dealer was closing by then, the guys that detail the cars we gone but Ricky took care of the the car. He washed it himself!! It was nice, shinny, presentable and smelling great!! Not only that but he put a big red bow haha nice never had one of those haha thanks Ricky. Ricky offered a free detailed car wash whenever I had a chance to stop by because the detail crew was no longer there that night. Ricky and his team at Mossy Nissan/Infiniti of Kearny Mesa went above and beyond for this amazing car purchase thanks guys you we were all OUTSTANDING. Mossy dealers are just great in general, four years ago I purchased my QX60 from MOSSY Poway and it was great experience as well. Once again thanks Ricky!

Super impressed by Andy, The best of the best as a service provider. He really goes above and beyond to make sure that he works around my schedule and seems to always get me in whenever I need an oil change or anything checked on my car. He always make sure my car is taken care of, you can tell he works with a really great team. He is one of the main reasons I keep using the Nissan service department.
