Recently came to town for work from South Carolina and my car started having problems while I was here. I called and spoke to Nick Crutchfield early in the morning. He told me to run the diagnostic test could take up to 48 hours. Fortunately, they got my car in for the check in about 3 hours and found several issues that needed to be addressed. He understood that I was only here for a few days and made sure I had my car as quickly as possible. He kept in touch and had very clear communication. We also had purchased this car at Nissan of Rivergate before moving to SC. Both that experience and this service experience, they have gone above and beyond! Thanks Nissan of Rivergate and Nick!
