Every department at Darlings Nissan, Honda, Vovlo, shines with excellence. Upon walking through the door my family and I were greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. We were undecided on what vehicle we wanted. They were very patient, and let us take several makes/models out for test drives to get a feel for what our family would best be suited in. The sales person we had was exceptionally kind and patient. Our sales manager hit it out of the park with his customer service and making numbers work for our needs. The general manager was very helpful and gave us individual attention to some concerns we were going through with another vehicle (not purchased at this dealership). The finance person was a delight to work with and explained everything thoroughly. If there was an ability to give a 10 star rating I would give this dealership 15 stars. My family is very pleased with our lease and haven't been this happy with a new vehicle in a long time. From walking through the door, to signing on the dotted lines, they made our leasing experience one that will go down in our chapter of happy memories.

I do not always write reviews, but when I do, it’s usually because I receive outstanding service more than once or terrible. In this case, Steve at Nissan Service always has the best Customer Service, I appreciate working with him. I did not buy my current vehicle from darlings, but I will definitely buy my next because of the service.
