My account manager Michele was very courteous, pleasant and helpful explaining the needed repairs. Michele quickly got a loner vehicle arranged and was on my way shortly after arrival. Prior to any work done I was provided an online detailed safety inspection along with recommended maintenance which I found very helpful.
