2026 Nissan Pathfinder

I bought a Nissan Frontier and I got to say this was the best dealership experience I have had. The staff from the top down have been amazing, Jason my sales rep made me feel comfortable, he addressed a concern I had that other dealerships didn’t even try to address. I was looking at a Tacoma or a Tundra. After the scripted and rigid sales processes of Toyota where your a number this was a breath of fresh air being treated as a human not a means to an end. Also no freaking mark up on the truck! The managers from finance to sales made sure I was comfortable had what I needed and explained any issues and are genuinely concerned that they got fixed. My second key was missing, everyone made sure I would get it take en care of. I could go on about the build quality, of the truck and the other staff made me feel welcome when I came back to drop off my tile. But You should go experience that your self words are cheap and accountability is expensive and trust is earned. They have my trust.

The service department is very helpful and knowledge. Great customer service! I had my car washed by the detail man and so amazed! Thanks for offering that service as well as being able to have a driver to bring me home instead of waiting at the dealership. However....I was transferred 4 times by your receptionist and never spoke to the service department to schedule my appointment. Someone needs to see how this can be handled more efficiently.

I worked there for 15 years as a basic detailer. The employees always are helpful and try to get the customers in and out in a welcoming way. It's a friendly place to go to. They have a wide variety of vehicles you can choose from, and if they don't have the vehicle, they will go and find one at a another dealership. The general manager is very helpful and friendly. He will do his best to get you the lowest price that he can. Now don't get me wrong, yes I worked there, and I am not just saying this because of that. I have seen it with my own eyes. I was a customer too. So don't go and think I am brown nosing because of that, I was let go. But God had better plans for me somewhere else. I have no regrets, about this place. It's the longest job I have ever had, and they will always be my other family.
