2026 Nissan Pathfinder SL 2WD

I've been considering a new Nissan truck for about a year and my 2017 Frontier has been a very dependable, useful and comfortable vehicle, so another Frontier was high on my list. Simply put, the experience at Southwest vs three other are dealers was BY FAR the easiest buying experience. They listened to what I wanted, made good suggestions and offered a lease option that fit me perfectly. The Southwest team was very good. From the sales team, front and back office folks, they are top notch. I have been in dozens of dealerships over the course of my life and this team is one of the best I've dealt with. The BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! Our salesman, Dennis Picasio, treated us like we were VIP. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The whole team stayed late to make sure we were happy and all set to drive away in a brand new Altima! I highly recommend this dealership! We will continue to do business with them.

I was assisted by a female (I cannot find her card with her name at present) who was very helpful and courteous. I needed a recall taken care of, but I also used the wrong bolt size for a license plate cover and it got stuck, so I asked if they could get my license plate off as well. They did and they did not charge me extra, thank goodness! I really appreciated the female took the time to explain different things about the maintenance of my vehicle and highlighted at what milage different services were needed. I have not always received this level of service at this location, and I’m thankful to see this change. Well done to her and to the guy who successfully got my license plate off! Well done!!
