2026 Nissan Pathfinder SL 2WD

Samantha was my advisor. She elevated an already good experience. I've been a loyal customer since 2020. Samantha has been with Nissan for 10 months as of this dated posted review. She is my go to advisor moving forward. I normally just go with who ever is available. Not anymore:-)

My experience was very good. I did not expect to be able to lease the car that I am leasing but the crew there made it so easy. Glynn was great, showed me all the options and then the gentleman in the finance area made things very easy . Glenn has also checked to make sure that I was happy with everything and I couldn't have had a better experience. It was great! Highly recommend

I was blown away the other day, the service rep Ashtine, proactively kept us up to date on the service process. I think they have a new system that allows you to get the status of the vehicle at every step. Everyone at this dealership is Amazing. Financing also does a great job. I went back to maintenance my other vehicle on 8/8 and my service tech was Lucas, he was professional and proactive in keeping me updated, he respected my time frame and also scheduled my shuttle. Now, the shuttle part was impressive, I was given five star service, the only thing missing was the red carpet. I was picked up in a 2023 Armada, one notch above the base model, leather seats, clean interior, the driver Richard L. was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. I am a talker so I was asking many questions about the vehicle and such. Nonetheless, I was really impressed with the level of customer service. My buying experience, service experience and shuttle experience has been the best so far. I’ve bought Toyota and Subaru and now we have two vehicles with Nissan, Coral Springs Nissan is really setting themselves apart in standard. Lastly, the interior renovation and guest reception area is looking very nice.
