Everyone was great to the service representative who first handled my call and got me in right away, to Teresa and the other staff at the desk and even the personable lady who handed me back my keys when the work was done. I was given transportation when I was left without a ride, the tech got the job done super quick and I even got a cleaned up truck out of the deal. I couldn’t be happier. Mike, our salesman, was welcoming and friendly from the time we stepped in the door until the car buying process was over. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle models and was not "pushy" in any way. His sales approach is very genuine. Kris in finance was very patient with us (as we ran into some roadblocks of my own fault!) and made the car buying process very easy.
