2026 Nissan Pathfinder

I had an appointment for inspection at another Cochran dealer. When I went to leave for my appointment, my car would not start. My battery was dead. I called the dealer and let them know what was going on. They said to check with them after I got the car started. I got the battery jumped and called them back. Unfortunately, they could not see me that day or for a couple more weeks. Since I was already passed my Inspection date (my fault) I didn’t want to wait. My nephew suggested checking with the Nissan dealer nearby to see if they could help me. They were willing to take me right away. Kari at the Nissan dealer was so accommodating and kind and did everything she could to get me in right away. In total, it was only about an hour and a half and my car was done so efficient! Kari even gave me her phone number if I needed to call while the car is getting inspected to check on how things were going. I have always found the Cochran dealers to be very kind but Kari and this Nissan dealer in Monroeville went above and beyond to simplify what started out to be a stressful day. I will go to the Nissan dealer in Monroeville from now on for all my automotive needs. Thank you, Kari and Nissan. You are all awesome.!!

My experience with #1Cochran Nissan of Monroeville was nothing short of amazing. I had an appointment and my vehicle was attended to shortly after arrival. The waiting area was comfortable, also offered semi private seating, free and monetary refreshments. I informed my service advisor how pleased I was, by him sending a video of vehicle’s inspection. I also LOVE the complimentary car wash.

Chris went above and beyond when assisting me i can't thank him enough!!! He was patient, understanding and gave me a detailed explanation when discussing the issues with my car. Everyone is always nice at #1 Cochran Nissan Monroeville and I wouldn't choose no other dealership!!!! I highly recommend!!!
