Krista was a saint!! She helped me with my trade in, got me out of my crappy car and into a brand new one! She was so patient, heard everything me and my family had to say, and was blunt and honest with me. She gave me my three options and told me the pros and cons of all! I really appreciate that she was up front and honest with me, no sugar coating. I’d recommend her to anyone close to me! As soon as i walked in the dealership, i asked for a sales person and she got right up and we didn’t even go look at options first, she asked me about my situation, and got to know me and what i wanted. truly great! ??

I had my vehicle serviced today at Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale. From the check in to the meeting with Kalley, the service advisor, and on to the awesome technician that did the repairs, the service was awesome. I am always delighted dealing with Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale and this visit was no exception. My problem was quickly and professionally diagnosed and the repairs made right away while I waited on site. This dealership always leaves me smiling when I leave.
