I had taken my car for service at 3 other Nissan locations and this one has been by far the best one. Claudio Gutierrez from service department absolutely amazing, super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and great customer service. Words alone cannot express how thankful I am for all his help. He made sure to communicate with me during the entire repair process and answered any questions or concerns I had. I absolutely recommend this Nissan in Huntington Beach.

Mark Is The Absolute BEST Worker There. He Is Very Personable And Kind. He Treats His Customer's Like Family. Not Only That But He Is VERY Honest And Doesn't Tell/Insist His Customer's To Fix Things Unless It Is Entirely Necessary To Do. He Tries To Help The Customer To The Best Of His Knowledge In Every Area Of The Job From Explaining Things Throughly, Maintenance And Finances. We Won't Go See Anyone Else But Him If We Can Help It.
