I took my car to Burleson Nissan for service on 4/16/24. I had been having problems with the driver side window not going up or down like it should. I also needed an oil and filter change. They found that the motor needed to be replaced. They also found that I needed some brake work done. The service advisor I was working with was Robert Maganzini. He kept me aware of the progress on my car and left me his number so that I could call or text him at any time while my car was being serviced. I was very impressed with the dealership's facility and especially my advisor. I think the price for the service and repairs was reasonable. I am very happy with my experience and will use Burleson Nissan for my future service needs.

Walked in for a test drive. Assigned salesperson CC, very personable. His manager, Angel, nice but made me feel apprehensive when he said we need to sell a car today. From there it flowed so easily I felt like I was impulsive buying as I signed purchase papers before even test driving. They did let me test drive an automatic before taking delivery of my preferred manual trans. I worked 12 hours before I went in so I wasn't fully alert. I am still looking over costs to see if I didn't pay hidden costs. Angel did say he was taking off dealers prep. I didn't want to pay delivery fee to dealer or any cost that dealers normally mark up. So I don't think it's buyers remorse but after getting sleep/rest my brain has kicked in researching whether I made at a fair deal. Of course once I reach a conclusion this will impact word of mouth advertising for this dealership. On a positive, sales person CC top notch!, Manager Angel great guy great personality. Owner of Burleson Nissan took the time to greet me, Finance Antonio professional and understanding of my needs regarding this vehicle.
