The salesperson - Gustavo - was very professional, genuine and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and other vehicles in the Hyundai lineup. Although we did not have an appointment with him, he was very attentive to our needs and was not pushy. I felt like the staff at Johnson were more interested in selling us a vehicle by offering us fair market value on our trade in (2020 Ford Fusion) and not trying to low ball us like other dealers we visited. The warranties Hyundai provides on their vehicles are outstanding, a complete opposite of the substandard warranties provided by other car manufacturers like Ford. Nice to see Hyundai stand by their product, which is not something you see with Ford products.

Actual paperwork signing process was a little slow, but no matter the dealer that’s always the case in my experience. From initial contact to driving off the lot was under 26hours. Exactly what I wanted for speed, service & value. Highly recommend and would absolutely hesitate to return for another vehicle on the future.
