Went to Jones Kia to help my daughter purchase a used car. Gave our parameters to Vance and he diligently searched their inventory to find those that met the criteria. He veered away from high mileage and helped us find the right one. Right mileage and price and an SUV, which is what we wanted. Helped us through all the paperwork, trade-in, etc, and we drove home with the new “used “ vehicle. Very pleased with Jones, particularly Vance. Highly recommend!

After being frustrated with other dealerships, I was able to finally get a quality experience at Jones Nissan. It started with the manager named Zach going out if his way to learn of my other experiences and provide a straight-forward experience. He was personable, respectful and was quick to respond to all questions. We were then introduced to our sales person Will. He continued the experience, seeing us politely and respectfully through the rest of the process. I recommend both of these individuals.
