Everyone I encountered during my transaction at Geneis of Edmond was super nice and helpful. My Salesman ( Sam ) was TOP NOTCH! No pressure... just info about the car and informative answers to my questions. He took me for a test drive and explained all the features on the vehicle. My experience was the best that I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. ( He even brought me lunch! ) ;-) And I also have to mention Luca, who helped me with my financing. He was extremely friendly and patient. He answered my every question without rushing me or getting impatient. If the service department is as professional and proficient as what I have already experienced... They will have me as a customer for life!

I recently purchased my 2nd Genesis from this location and I love it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Sam our Genesis Sale Rep was amazing! The car that I wanted was not on the lot. However, they were able to get it for me, have it detailed and ready to go within 48hrs. Sam was off work on the day of delivery, but he came in just to ensure our new vehicle was delivered to us in perfect condition. Thank you Sam and Genesis of Edmond for your services.

Great Dealership! Every salesman, service advisor, finance person seems to really want to make owning a Genesis a wonderful experience. I pulled up to Service for regular maintenance and was greater by a tech and an advisor. They each separately checked on my advisor and let me know he'd be with me shortly. Even though things were busy, they made me feel like I was important. 9-2023. Genesis Service was easy to discuss vehicle issues with and kept me up-to-date on repairs. Nice to deal with them. Service for Hyundai seemed pushy on unnecessary services on a new vehicle purchased in May 23. Texting questionnaire was confusing why we chose not to have the unnecessary services done. Asked for wash. It took nearly 20 minutes. We were told that their car wash didn't have dryers. Do they wash the vehicles by hand?
