My experience at Braman Genesis and specifically with Guillermo Martinez is probably the best and most transparent car buying/leasing experiences I’ve ever had in Miami. As someone who has driven Cadillac, Lexus, and Volvo vehicles, I was made aware by co-workers and online reviews about some of the service hiccups Genesis has had over the years as a new brand. Regardless, I looked at a G70 3.3T Sport Prestige. Separating the Genesis inventory from the Hyundai inventory with Brandan’s new state-of-the-art Genesis show room was a great start. But Guillermo really made the entire transaction with his attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to get a deal done. We had been in contact before and he was able to source the exact vehicle I was looking for from their distribution center under the exact lease terms we had agreed on for a separate one. This is how a luxury car buying experience should be— no bait-and-switching here! All of my e-mails and texts messages were answered in a timely and complete manner.
