I absolutely hated car shopping, until I contacted Genesis of DG. They were informative before I even walked into the showroom on a specific car I was interested in. They were not annoyingly pushy. My sales consultant Stephanie Long was THE BEST!!! I loved her from the moment I met her. She made the car buying process easy, was fun, efficient and overall amazing human being. Best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. We started at the Genesis in Glenview but that team was unreasonable in its negotiations and unresponsive. So I called Downers Grove - and Joe & Joe were a great team. They were responsive and tried hard to get a deal done that would make everyone happy in a timely fashion. They were extremely pleasant and helpful.
