YES is the answer, what is the question! Talk about great service from the moment I walked in the door. It was a bit of an unconventional day for them and they didn't have the appropriate staff to help me right away, but you'd never know it. Everyone stepped in to help and make me feel incredibly comfortable. Ken, the service manager, makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Seth, the salesman, wasn't really a "car salesman" the way we've grown to despise... he was genuine and helped me on his day off! Lastly, Jay, in finance, was kind, efficient and real. My family and I haven't been loyal to a car place, but we will definitely use North Aurora Genesis for future needs! Thank you for making it an enjoyable and fast car buying experience! I NEVER thought I would be excited to write a review on a car buying experience!

We got our Genesis GV70 Electrified from this dealership last fall! Had an excellent experience with salesman Nick Shala and GM Mike Chino — both were honest, communicative, and gave us a great deal. After we signed the papers, Nick took the time to walk us through the vehicle features and helped us set up a driver profile. I also appreciated that Nick and the rest of the staff treated my partner and I the same. At two other dealerships we visited, the salesperson only addressed my (male) partner which really shouldn’t happen! There was some back and forth due to an issue with how their finance department calculated the Chicago sales tax, but in the end they honored the price we had initially agreed on. We never felt pressured into a sale. A dealer with integrity!
