I would give 10 stars if I could! We had an amazing experience with leasing our car at Genesis Rockville. Melissa (sales rep), Nick (sales manager), and Carina (business manager) were a stellar team to work with. Melissa was warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in the door. At the end, she offered to make an appointment with her after receiving the delivery of our car so she could walk us through setting up the app and answer any remaining questions. Nick, the sales manager, was professional and personable; he walked over to help us just a few minutes after our arrival. We spent hours negotiating and he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. We cannot understate our appreciation for his transparency and willingness to work with us throughout the entire process. Carina took her time going through all of the contracts with us and answering all of our questions even at the end of a very long day. She was knowledgeable and honest and a pleasure to work with. Adolfo was fantastic in taking care of my needs during this maintenance visit. His professionalism and knowledge ensured me that what was recommended is necessary and put me at ease with his explanation. He ordered a ride so I would not have to hang at the dealership. Adolfo notified me that service was completed , initiated a return ride for me. Upon my return to the dealership, paperwork was ready and vehicle cleared.
