Matt, Glenn, and the rest of the team at Genesis of South Knoxville are always excellent to deal with. I always go there, as opposed to another service location closer to me, due to the professionalism and service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough, and I’d very much recommend that any Genesis owner in the greater Knoxville area to go there and not a different location. Genesis owners often say that the one thing that the brand lacks compared to other luxury car manufacturers is the service, but that is not the case with the South Knoxville location.

Amazing service and personnel. Clean facilities. I enjoy working with Glen, he always goes the extra mile to uphold the reputation of the dealership and Genesis as a company. Unlike other dealerships in the area, this one feels very organized, neat, but relaxed at the same time. Much recommended.
