Grayson of West Knoxville goes above and beyond Terran Stuart of Grayson of West Knoxville Genesis is a phenomenal sales person who has excellent knowledge of the vehicles he is selling. My wife and I really enjoyed spending time with him. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish, from going through and driving the Genesis GV70 with Terran, closing the deal with the Manager Rick, dealing with Dave in Finance, then talking delivery with Terran. Not one complaint from me and buying a new vehicle in my experience has always been painful in the past, not with Grayson. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Grayson of West Knoxville, they are the best!

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and had been looking at several options across various manufacturers. I contacted Genesis of West Knoxville and began working with Terran. He's one of the nicest and most knowledgeable vehicle sales representatives I've ever worked with. We live almost 2 hours away from the dealership so I dealt with him over the phone initially. We arranged a visit to the dealership to actually drive and check out our preferred Genesis model. Terran thoroughly took us through options and differences on the various GV70 models and helped us select the right vehicle for us. Unfortunately, the color and options we wanted was not available on their lot but, once we made our decision, Terran was able to locate and acquire the perfect vehicle form another dealership and had it their and ready for for us to pick up within one week of our initial visit. We had a great experience overall from both the sales Team and the Finance Team upon picking up the new GV70 and we absolutely love our vehicle! I wish we lived closer to this dealership as we will be back to use their service department in the future.
