Decent experience purchasing my previous. car here 2 years ago. 2022 GV70. Unfortunately, the many issues with servicing this car led me to trade it in. Capers was very helpful and knowledgeable in my car buying process. I did feel a bit pressed to finance with them from the Finance manager, but overall I would recommend. The 36, 000 complimentary maintenance sounds nice, but it sucks when you struggle to get a simple oil change. The valet service is also a joke because there is a distance limit. I live over an hour away and the only dealership that participated in valet near me was Genesis of Union City, which is really Riverdale Hyundai. While, I loved the luxury brand and THOUGHT it topped stiff competition like my previous Lexus and BMW, the service department at Hyundai dealerships are giving this brand a bad rep. The service you receive is NOT indicative of a luxury brand. If I’m paying luxury prices, I expect luxury service. Period. There are too many better, known brands to be deficient in this area.
