I love my new Santa Fe Cruz, it's a beautiful car/truck. I appreciate how friendly the staff was especially "Nacho," who was straight forward and knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz Limited, with him I never felt pressured to buy. I would instruct future buyers to be sure to ask what all comes with the vehicle before buying don't assume about anything. My Santa Cruz Limited did not come with floor mats which I found out too late. Hyundai need to rethink their position on floor mats as they all come with the cheaper models. Otherwise, the experience was very good.
This was my best ever experience at a car dealership. There was no nonsense or sales tricks during the experience. My appointment was late on a Friday afternoon and we finished the paperwork on Saturday. The finance manager was straight forward, no bait and switch tactics. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman without reservation. This will be my go-to dealership for future purchases.
