ALFREDO, Service Advisor, WAS AMAZING!!! Arrived at the dealership for my 15,000 mile maintenance and was told that the system showed I already had my 15,000 mile maintenance. I was shown that the dealership in National City, Frank Hyundai now Dalton Hyundai, had already marked my 15,000 mile service. I reached out to them and was told that they were not responsible due to them no longer being Frank Hyundai. Was told to call the Hyundai of America number. I did that and was told to pay for the service and that I would POSSIBLY be reimbursed (POSSIBLY). All the while the service Advisor, Alfredo Aguilar, was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very outgoing. The entire time that I was working to get this mistake corrected he was showing me my warranty and the codes that were in the system that showed the service was done. He was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault at all, and he even went as far as doing my service as complimentary and had my car washed. I highly recommend Alfredo and his staff if your car needs to be serviced. Best experience I’ve ever had as a Hyundai owner. So grateful for Alfredo and his team.

The service I receive at Hyundai of Yuma is stellar. Most recently, my service advisor Alfredo made sure I made it to work on time by driving me himself because the shuttle was running behind. I’m new to Yuma so I didn’t buy my car from this dealership, but they treat me like they have known me for years. Grateful for the exceptional care they provide.
