I visited the dealer twice before purchasing to make sure it was the vehicle I wanted and not once did he try and push the vehicle on me or try and buy the vehicle before I was ready. My wife and I were visiting our granddaughter for her birthday and our brand new Santa fe had an issue. The dealer made the repair on our vehicle on a Saturday without an appointment.
